Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with JIRA, JADE, DISS, Access Commander, and eSecurity
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07 requirements
  • Administrative and office management background
  • Ability to solve problems of limited scope and complexity
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Preferred associate’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Requests security paperwork from candidates and ensures the paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Reviews and processes requests for personnel clearances for access to classified programs
  • Upload Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQ) from candidates to eSecurity database
  • Submit Personnel Security Clearance Justification on required candidates
  • Implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations
  • May participate in security compliance inspections as needed
  • Protects employee's personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act and other applicable Government regulations
