Parsons is looking for a talented Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel through robust security protocols and compliance with federal guidelines. Requirements

Active TS/SCI w/ CI POLY.
High diploma and 3+ of related experience.
Proven experience in personnel security or related fields.
Strong knowledge of federal guidelines for background investigations and security clearances.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to address security risks.
An active Top Secret SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
