About The Position

System High Corporation is seeking an experienced Personnel Security (PERSEC) Specialist to support personnel security requirements within Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs). The role supports protection of government technologies and missions and operates in accordance with the NISPOM and DoD Manual 5205.07. The specialist administers security information and processes Program Access Requests and related documentation. Work before or after typical office hours may be needed as work demands.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant specialized security experience.
• Current Top Secret security clearance, current within the last five years (temporarily waived to six years).
• Thorough knowledge of DoD and service security references, regulations, and instructions pertaining to personnel security, especially the NISPOM and DoD Manual 5205.07.
• Ability to constructively engage in and resolve challenging situations.
• Availability to work before or after typical office hours as work may demand.
• Ability to work independently as a proactive, professional, and assertive self-starter.
• Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Administer and update information in client security databases.
• Track and maintain PERSEC information, including clearance status, SAP access, security training records, personnel information files (PIFs), and visit certifications (VARs).
• Process incoming Program Access Requests (PARs) and associated documentation through JSFPO processing, following the requirements in the JADE SOP.
• Manage the program quota roster.
• Maintain tracking numbers for monthly reporting by the Program Manager.
• Perform other assigned duties.
