About The Position

Parsons is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel through robust security protocols and compliance with federal guidelines. The role is part of the Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources and solutions to US government customers in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental work.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 3 years of equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in personnel security or a related field.
Strong knowledge of federal guidelines for background investigations and security clearances.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to address security risks.
