The Classification, Compensation, and Organizational Management Branch within the Division of Employee Management is responsible for administering the Commonwealth’s classification, compensation, and organizational management systems and for providing professional and consultative services related to these areas to the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government. The Division of Employee Management is seeking a Personnel Program Consultant who will work within the Classification, Compensation, and Organizational Management Branch, and be part of a dedicated team. This rewarding position will manage and support the classification, compensation, and organizational management business needs of agencies throughout the Commonwealth.
