We are currently seeking a full-time Personalization Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding future residents through the design and customization of their residences within the community. It combines elements of interior design, project coordination, and customer service to ensure each residence reflects individual preferences while adhering to community standards, construction timelines, and budget guidelines. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to translate resident ideas into practical, well-executed design solutions.
