About The Position

Special Strong is hiring a Personal Trainer to provide adaptive fitness training for clients with mental, physical, or cognitive challenges. Trainers deliver customized workouts based on each client's needs and abilities, helping clients work toward fitness goals and improve their quality of life. The role includes private one-on-one sessions and leading or co-leading group classes at participating onsite locations within a 15-mile radius.

The position offers part-time work, flexible scheduling, office support, and no lead generation. Special Strong provides comprehensive onboarding and training, including online accredited certification programs and hands-on workshops. Requirements

• CPR and AED certification.
• An approved personal training certification; NCCA accreditation is preferred.
• Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius of the job posting location.
• Comfort using smartphones and performing basic computer operations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior personal trainer experience is preferred but not required.
• Volunteer or professional experience with people with special needs is highly prioritized.
• NCCA-accredited personal training certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
