About The Position
HealthFitness is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin! Requirements
- Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
- Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of start date.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Responsibilities
- Designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs.
- Conducting fitness testing and assessments.
- Advising participants of results.
- Providing one-on-one personal training to members.
- Educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
