About The Position

Alloy Personal Training Ahwatukee Foothills is hiring Coaches to deliver high-quality small group personal training and create a world-class member experience. Members are adults 40 and over who train for strength, capability, and longevity. The role calls for a professional who can program, cue, adapt exercises in the moment, and build relationships with members. Both full-time and part-time tracks are available. Part-time Coaches work 8 to 20 sessions per week, with a consistent weekly schedule built around their availability. Full-time Coaches typically deliver 25 to 30 sessions per week. A full-time Coach may grow into an earned Head Coach designation with expanded responsibilities and pay. The Director of Training owns member sales, sales strategy, and operational decisions, allowing Coaches to focus on coaching, member engagement, and community connection. Part-time compensation is hourly, approximately $24 to $28 per hour depending on experience, certification level, and coaching proficiency. Bonus opportunity is prorated based on scheduled hours.
