About The Position

Svetness connects qualified independent personal trainers with clients seeking in-person, personalized fitness services in their local communities. This is a mobile opportunity, not remote or work-from-home. Sessions may take place in clients’ homes, apartment or community fitness centers, private offices or workplaces, local parks, or other appropriate locations agreed upon for the engagement. Trainers do not need to live in the exact city where the opportunity is posted; clients may be in surrounding areas, and trainers decide which locations and opportunities to accept.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Trainers choose which client opportunities to accept based on factors such as location, schedule, service needs, offered fee, travel, and their own business preferences. They determine their service area and availability, coordinate accepted session times directly with clients, and use their professional judgment to select exercises, programming, progressions, modifications, and coaching approaches. There is no required minimum number of clients, sessions, or hours. Trainers may retain private clients, run their own fitness business, work with gyms or studios, and provide services through other companies or platforms.

For accepted engagements, trainers provide individualized personal training, design programs based on their professional judgment and client goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations, and deliver services safely and professionally within the scope of their qualifications and credentials. They maintain required certifications and credentials, provide or use suitable professional exercise equipment unless equipment is available at the location or arrangements are agreed upon, and complete necessary platform records for scheduling, session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes. Any additional client-specific services must be disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.

Independent contractor service fees are generally $25–$45 per completed session. The applicable fee is communicated before a trainer decides whether to accept an engagement, and certain opportunities may offer different or additional fees. Clients, sessions, hours, and earnings are not guaranteed. Svetness facilitates client matching, scheduling, billing, session verification, and other administrative support through its team and technology. Requirements

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations the trainer chooses to accept.
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services for accepted client engagements.
• Design training programs based on professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely and professionally and within the scope of qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use appropriate professional exercise equipment, subject to equipment availability at the client location or agreed equipment arrangements.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when disclosed in the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.
