About The Position

Elite Health & Fitness is seeking an energetic, motivated, and career-minded Personal Trainer to join our team immediately. Due to recent staff departures and continued growth opportunities, we are looking for a coach who is ready to build a successful training business within an established fitness community. With a membership base of approximately 3,000 active members, this is a unique opportunity to step into a facility with significant potential for client acquisition, personal training growth, and HYROX coaching opportunities.

Requirements

• Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to work with general fitness populations

Nice To Haves

• Experience with strength and conditioning, functional fitness, endurance training, HYROX, CrossFit, sports performance, or group training is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
• Design individualized training programs through our Elite Trainerize App.
• Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
• Build and maintain a consistent client base
• Retain and support existing clients
• Engage members on the fitness floor
• Assist with new member outreach and follow-up
• Coach or assist with HYROX training sessions
• Contribute to the growth of our Adult small group and HYROX programs
