About The Position
The Exercise Coach® is a professional and distraction-free health facility! We offer clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. We pride ourselves on the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach® where coaches are an essential piece. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course.
- Successful completion of Stretch Coach Certification Course.
- Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in personal training.
- Experience in small-group fitness instruction.
Responsibilities
- Inspire real results in clients' lives through fitness.
- Provide personal training and small-group fitness instruction.
- Participate in the company's exercise and nutrition methodology.
- Utilize state-of-the-art, bio-adaptive fitness technology (Exerbotics).
- Assist clients with Targeted Strength Training Programs, Professional Coach-Assisted Stretching, and Functional Balance Transformation Program.
