About The Position

ANYTIME FITNESS | ANDERSON, CA is seeking a Part-Time Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fitness, who enjoy connecting with people, and want to make a real impact in their community. The gym provides education, mentorship, and support to help trainers build experience, gain confidence, and grow their careers. Newly certified trainers are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, encouraging attitude
• Ability to motivate and coach individuals from all fitness backgrounds
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Leading engaging personal training sessions
• Coaching Fitness Consultations and selling personal training packages
• Teaching safe and effective exercise technique
• Helping members set realistic goals and create action plans
• Tracking progress and celebrating member successes
• Providing education on healthy habits and basic nutrition
• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every member
• Supporting the growth of our Personal Training program through new sales, client retention, and referrals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training environment
