About The Position
This role is for a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness in Palmetto, FL. The position is part-time with a pay range of $15 to $40 per hour, plus growth opportunities. Newly certified trainers are encouraged to apply. The gym aims to provide trainers with the education, mentorship, and support needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to make a positive impact in the community. Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, encouraging attitude
- Ability to motivate and coach individuals from all fitness backgrounds
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities
- Leading engaging personal training sessions
- Coaching Fitness Consultations and selling personal training packages
- Teaching safe and effective exercise technique
- Helping members set realistic goals and create action plans
- Tracking progress and celebrating member successes
- Providing education on healthy habits and basic nutrition
- Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every member
- Supporting the growth of our Personal Training program through new sales, client retention, and referrals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training environment
