About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from client homes in Plymouth, MI.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or well-being to supervisors and healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
- Follow care plans and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
