Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
