About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in Casco, MI. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethics
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and document client health and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and directives to meet individual client needs.
