About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is a leading provider of home and community health care services in Canada. They are seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join their team. PSWs will have the opportunity to create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care. The role involves providing services to clients in Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest, Arkona, and surrounding areas. Successful candidates must be available to work from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This is a guaranteed hours position, full-time with a guarantee of 60 hours bi-weekly, with a 4-week ramp-up period. Applicants should reside within the specified service areas.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Availability to work from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Must reside in the service areas (Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest, Arkona, and surrounding areas).
Ability to provide 2 supervisory references.
Ability to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Ability to provide proof of being negative for TB.
