About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join their team. PSWs will provide services to clients in Grand Bend, Port Franks, Thedford, Forest, Arkona, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, guaranteed hours position with a guarantee of 60 hours bi-weekly, following a 4-week ramp-up period. The role involves creating meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care. Bayshore HealthCare is a leading provider of home and community health care services in Canada, recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
2 supervisory references
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of being negative for TB.
