Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Full Time Overnight (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Requirements
- Personal Support Worker Certification from a certified educational facility OR internationally educated nurse
- Strong drive, respect, and an understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the role
- Focus on teamwork and customer service with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required
- Current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one

- Volunteer/working experience in a Senior Living setting is an asset
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver personalized activities of daily living that meet resident needs, including ambulatory support, personal hygiene, companionship, and nutritional support.
- Act as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, building trusted relationships with residents, families, and team members through continuous and effective communication.
- Document the completion of tasks on an electronic health record platform throughout the shift.
- Quickly identify and communicate changes in resident care needs to clinical leads.
