About The Position

The Press operator works under the authority of the production supervisor at Multi-Action. The new team member must be able to operate a press for the production of orders. The successful candidate must have a mechanical mind and a good attention to detail in his work. The Press Operator reports to the Production Supervisor at Multi-Action. The successful candidate must be able to operate a press to bring orders into production. The ideal candidate should therefore have a mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for production according to the production schedule
  • Verify that the materials match the requested production and customer requirements
  • Adjust the registers so that the print is positioned correctly
  • Ensure quality control of the work performed and throughout the production process
  • Operate the press
  • Optimize press speed to maximize output without compromising quality
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform all other related tasks
