About The Position

Dungarvin is seeking compassionate, caring home health care workers to join their team as Personal Support Assistants (PSAs)/Caregivers. This is a 24/7 live-in opportunity where you will work directly with individuals needing assistance, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs. The role involves providing personal and companion care in a residential setting and in the community, aiming to enhance the quality of life for the individuals supported. Candidates should have a desire to create positive impacts, enjoy coaching and mentoring, and be committed to person-centered support.

Requirements

• Person-centered, patient, and kind.

• Observant and detail-oriented.
• Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team.
• Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• 18 years or older.
• A successful background clearance is required.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities
