About The Position

Dungarvin is seeking motivated individuals to work as Personal Support Assistants (PSAs) / Caregivers in a 24/7 live-in residential setting. In this role, you will provide direct support services and assistance to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs, in their homes and in the community. The goal is to enhance the quality of life for these individuals, allowing them to live as independently as possible. This is a mission-driven opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle with car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a successful background clearance.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
• Observant and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and companion care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with disabilities in their homes and in the community.
• Enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with team members.
• Act as a positive role model and work effectively within a team.
