About The Position

We are currently looking for live-in caregivers who are able to provide care to clients for 24 hour periods. You would typically be scheduled anywhere from 2-4 days, during which time you will stay in the client's home with them. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, household chores, meal preparation, and providing companionship. The position requires you to stay onsite in the client's home for the entirety of your scheduled shift.

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Nice To Haves

• Drivers license, insurance and vehicle still preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal prep
• Light housekeeping
• Transfer/mobility assistance
• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
