About The Position

This position assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned areas, focusing on operations related to Sam's Club ecommerce programs like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club. The role involves ensuring a positive member experience, maintaining safety standards, overseeing order fulfillment, and supporting associates. The Personal Shopper Lead also provides direct member service, manages sales floor presentation, and contributes to process improvements. A key aspect of the role is demonstrating and promoting company values, including respect for individuals, integrity, customer focus, and striving for excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

  • Assists management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties, training, providing direction, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Supports the Sam's Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations, auditing online customer feedback, resolving customer complaints, and identifying trends.
  • Supervises associates supporting ecommerce programs by training, providing resources, assigning duties, and ensuring coverage.
  • Executes the Sam's Club Pickup plan and processes by updating key performance indicators, auditing customer orders, ensuring equipment availability, and evaluating performance.
  • Supports projects to improve CPU efficiencies by leveraging key performance indicators and leadership insight to resolve operational gaps.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies.
  • Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders throughout the day.
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools, and coordinating work assignments.
