About The Position

This position assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned areas, focusing on operational efficiency, member service, and team development. The Personal Shopper Lead is responsible for executing the Sam's Club Pickup plan, providing excellent member service, and ensuring merchandise presentation standards are met. Responsibilities

• Assists management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties, training, providing direction, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Supports the Sam's Club e-commerce plan by overseeing operations like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, auditing online customer feedback, and resolving customer complaints.
• Supervises Associates supporting e-commerce programs by training, providing resources, assigning duties, and ensuring coverage.
• Executes the Sam's Club Pickup plan and processes by updating key performance indicators, auditing customer orders, ensuring equipment availability, and evaluating performance.
• Supports projects to improve CPU efficiencies by leveraging key performance indicators and leadership insight to resolve operational gaps.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies by handling claims, zoning, stocking, arranging displays, signing, and pricing merchandise.
• Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders throughout the day.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, and monitoring progress.
• Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, determining customer needs, coordinating work assignments, and providing support.
