About The Position

The Sales Manager role is a full-time, onsite leadership role which oversees a team of up to 8-12 team members who function in a sales capacity. The ideal candidate is one who seeks to be a front-line leader, with a compensation package commensurate to that role.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Experience in the industry directly involving personal insurance sales and support
• Prior leadership experience required
• Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all
• Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
• Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
• The ability to surface, read, interpret, and explain data-based metrics to staff and leadership and create and execute plans based on that data to meet appropriate goals
• Prior experience with computers, reports, and Microsoft Office Suite

• 5+ years of experience in personal insurance sales and support

• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
