About The Position

We are seeking elite Personal Results Specialists (PRS) — high-performance sales professionals who are driven by growth, resilience, economic upside, and a desire to create real impact in people's lives. Our PRS team operates on the frontlines of transformation, enrolling clients into Tony Robbins' most sought-after events including Unleash the Power Within (UPW), Date With Destiny (DWD), and Mastery University. If you are looking to expand your sales career while making a meaningful impact and earning high commissions (OTE $90K–$210K+), we want to hear from you. This is a remote role (U.S. only — citizenship or green card required). What This Role Actually Is This is not a typical closing role. It is a high-volume, high-performance sales environment where you are responsible for building and owning your book of business from the ground up. 100% outbound sales — working a large, lead-rich database High-volume calling — 80–100+ dials per day Multi-touch sequencing — calls, texts, emails, follow-ups Selling across multiple products, events, and price points Balancing closing with account management and client experience You will start as a hunter — building your pipeline through outbound activity — and evolve into a farmer as you develop long-term client relationships. What Success Looks Like Build a book of business through consistent outbound activity Run deep, emotionally intelligent discovery conversations Understand buyer psychology and create real leverage Do not delay on objections — handle and move forward Take clients on a journey — not transactional sales conversations Stay resourceful in ambiguous situations and figure things out in real time Maintain high activity and high-quality conversations simultaneously This is a role where effort, adaptability, and consistency directly translate into earnings and impact.
