About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a proven ability to generate new business and drive sales. While experience in commercial insurance is a plus, it is not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic and expanding organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure/designation is required.
Proven track record of sales success and business generation.
Familiarity with standard insurance accounts, with some exposure to high-value accounts.
Proficiency in using Vertafore software or similar platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial insurance is a plus.
