About The Position

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service in the personal lines insurance space. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will play a key role in expanding the client base by developing referral partnerships, building your own book of business, and working with house leads to establish a strong foundation. This is an onsite position that offers a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a sales environment.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with insurance quoting and policy management software is a plus.
• Strong sales and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in AMS software, preferably Hawksoft.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and grow your own book of business while leveraging house leads during the initial stages.
• Focus on selling standard personal lines insurance products, with the opportunity to expand into high-net-worth accounts over time.
• Seek and secure accounts with multiple lines of coverage, including larger and more complex accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve clients.
