About The Position
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or captive environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role
- Proven track record of success in sales and new-business development
- Experience in both captive and independent agency environments is welcomed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
