About The Position

Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services – Central Texas is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Personal Lines Producer to generate new business and expand our referral network throughout the region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on networking, building strategic partnerships, and developing long-term referral relationships. The primary focus of the role is driving personal lines insurance production through relationships with mortgage lenders, loan officers, real estate professionals, auto dealerships, financial professionals, and other centers of influence. The Producer will have access to multiple insurance carriers and markets, along with a dedicated account management and service support team responsible for servicing client accounts. This structure allows the Producer to remain focused on business development, relationship management, and client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to generate new business
  • Experience in insurance sales, mortgage lending, banking, real estate, or outside sales preferred
  • Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within the San Antonio real estate, mortgage, banking, or professional community are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with loan officers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, financial professionals, and other centers of influence
  • Generate and close new personal lines insurance opportunities, including home, auto, umbrella, renters, and related coverages
  • Build a strong community presence through networking events, industry partnerships, and strategic outreach
  • Identify client insurance needs and provide customized coverage solutions
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and achieve established sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal account management and service teams to ensure an excellent client experience
