Requirements
- Background in either an independent agency or captive environment
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
