We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines professional to join our growing team. In the Inside Sales role, you will have ownership of all inbound new business opportunities for the Personal Lines department. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Personal Lines & High Net Worth clientele, takes pride in finding solutions, is organized, can handle multiple leads and opportunities at one time, and strives to be the reason a client trusts this agency with their insurance needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of personal lines P&C sales experience in a client-facing role
Must have a current P&C insurance license
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced role
Organized and proactive
Strong professionalism and ethical standards
Consistent follow through on deadlines meetings and client commitments

Nice To Haves

Experience with High Net Worth clientele a plus
Experience with EPIC software

Responsibilities

Working inbound leads through the sales process, from intake call through binding their business
Working referrals from existing clients and other producers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Following up consistently and professionally with prospects
Analyzing customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Utilizing the agency's CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
Staying current on DOI regulations and agency compliance requirements
Learning proven sales processes that improve close ratios and long-term retention
Quoting & marketing new business
