About The Position
Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in personal lines insurance. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities. This position offers a flexible work environment with a mandatory two-week onsite training period.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- 2-5 years of experience in personal lines sales
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software preferred
- Professional and polished communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and guide clients through the sales process
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and client information
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals
