About The Position

Collectivfide is seeking a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join their newly established Shared Services team. This role is designed to support a network of 13 brokerages, providing a service-first approach. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, adaptable, and ready to make an impact by providing support wherever needed. This position offers a dynamic work environment, focusing on customer service and team support rather than sales targets or commission pressure. The role involves handling day-to-day personal lines servicing, supporting brokerages with extra capacity, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across multiple locations. The work environment can be remote or onsite, depending on the support required.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience
• Active RIBO license in good standing
• Strong, hands-on Epic experience
• The ability to hit the ground running in new environments
• A friendly, client-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Confidence working independently without a lot of ramp-up
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service

Responsibilities
