Requirements

You have a valid RIBO and/or AMF certification
You have at least 2 years of experience as an insurance broker or agent
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
You’re proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
You’re a quick learner with an interest in technology

Responsibilities

Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs.
Answer coverage questions and offer personalized advice.
Set up new policies or complete policy modifications.
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs at a competitive price.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with clients to build trust.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Work closely with the customer service and sales team to achieve team objectives.
Participate in developing strategies to boost sales, client retention and overall satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
Move towards a senior position in our insurance team or a team lead role after your first 2 years with us.
