About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a people person.
  • Energetic, tech-savvy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work onsite with potential for increased flexibility after one year.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team to handle incoming client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage renewals and focus on retaining existing business.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for personal lines accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business (approximately 35% of daily responsibilities).
  • Work with carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Ohio Mutual, and Cincinnati.
  • Participate in local client meetings and build strong client relationships.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
