Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to both personal lines and small commercial accounts preferred.
• Proficiency in Eclipse software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines and small commercial insurance accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, walk-ins, and other client interactions.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Assist with general day-to-day operations, including policy changes, claims assistance, and account reviews.
• Collaborate with top carriers such as AAA, Travelers, Westfield, West Bend, Selective, Safeco, and Progressive.
• Utilize Eclipse software for account management and operations.
