About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing a book of business and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) after the completion of training.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Proven ability to manage standard personal lines accounts
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client satisfaction
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a book of business for personal lines accounts
- Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Provide quotes for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
