Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses are required
- Minimum of 2 years of personal lines experience at an agency
- Proficiency in AMS360 and QQ Catalyst software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle new business and support agency growth
- Comfortable with an initial fully on-site work arrangement, with potential for remote flexibility as proficiency is demonstrated
Responsibilities
- Manage the profitability of personal lines accounts
- Handle carrier placements, including quoting and binding policies
- Serve as the inside quote desk for all agents and the agency
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients
- Utilize AMS360 and QQ Catalyst software to manage accounts and streamline processes
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to support the agency's growth and success
