About The Position

InsuranceHub is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Personal Lines Account Executive to sell comprehensive personal insurance products including home, auto, umbrella, boat, and RV insurance. The role offers robust training for the first 90 days and ongoing weekly coaching. Requirements

A minimum of 1-2 years of P&C insurance experience.
Hold a Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License.
Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
Driven to succeed independently but also a team player.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

Developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers.
Proactively engaging and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to cultivate strong strategic relationships and establish a steady stream of referral prospects.
Utilizing expertise to gain client trust and navigate the pros and cons of various carriers.
