BrokerLink is seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join their growing team. This role involves servicing ongoing client needs, advising on insurance matters, conducting needs assessments, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, performing care calls, and processing renewals. Additionally, the advisor will sell new policies to existing or new clients, retain the existing book of business, and quote new business through outbound calls, introductory letters, and walk-in clients. The role requires contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policies, preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes, and reviewing renewals. The advisor must stay current on underwriting rules and workflow processes, actively participate in training initiatives and community marketing efforts, process Account Receivable activities, and provide guidance and assistance as requested.
