About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is suited to a professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing accounts from start to finish. The account manager handles client servicing, including quoting, certificates, and communication with underwriters, and works independently without support staff.

Requirements

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Sharp, personable, and professional demeanor.
• Must reside within a 30–40 minute commute of the office.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred, though candidates with the right skills and personality will be considered.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including quoting, issuing certificates, and handling renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide customer service, and address inquiries promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of policies.
• Handle all aspects of client servicing independently; there is no support staff for this role.
• Use AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
