About The Position

An established agency is seeking an outgoing, personable Personal Insurance Account Manager to serve personal lines customers. The role involves providing timely quotes, identifying cross-selling opportunities, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The manager also works with carrier underwriters on clients’ behalf to seek the best rates and handles new and renewal submissions, including quoting, binding, and issuing policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage or agency setting.
• Experience maintaining client relationships.
• Experience handling new and renewal submissions.
• Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty License.
