About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is critical to supporting our expanding workload and maintaining a commitment to exceptional client service. As part of a well-established agency with a strong reputation for employee tenure and professional growth, you will play a key role in servicing accounts, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an onsite position offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Candidates from agency or captive backgrounds are welcome; however, captive candidates must demonstrate strong skills and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines account management is preferred.
Familiarity with EPIC software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Cross-sell additional products and services when applicable to meet client needs.
Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
