Personal Injury Reductions Manager

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions Manager to lead a team of Reductions Specialists while overseeing reductions operations and supporting the resolution of personal injury cases. Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 3 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury reductions experience with hospital reductions, liens, and medical bill negotiations.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- Team leadership: Managing a team of 10+ specialists in a performance‑based role.
- Process expertise: Experience in post‑settlement operations, lien negotiation, settlement review, and financial accuracy.
- Data‑driven improvement: A track record of implementing measurable process improvements and meeting departmental KPIs.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in tools like Litify (Salesforce), Excel, and BI dashboards.
- Negotiation and compliance: Strong negotiation skills with medical providers, hospitals, and insurance adjusters, plus attention to legal and operational compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reductions Specialists.
- Monitor productivity, workload, and reductions performance.
- Review complex hospital, lien, and provider negotiations.
- Review settlement statements and ensure file accuracy.
- Identify workflow improvements and reduce departmental backlogs.
