About The Position

We are reinventing our approach to personal injury cases and looking for a paralegal to join our high-performance pre-litigation team. At our firm, paralegals are deeply valued and play a central role in helping us achieve justice for injured people. This role is fast-paced and a strong fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on clients' lives and help build a growing department. You'll be the client's first point of contact, answering questions, providing updates, offering guidance through medical treatment, reviewing records, and keeping cases moving. You will have the support and processes to succeed at every stage, but this isn't an order-taking role: you'll be expected to think critically and manage a high-volume caseload for a wide range of clients.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant legal experience
• Organized, decisive, and able to manage a high volume of work
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• A genuine interest in providing “above and beyond” client service
• Must work full-time, Monday–Friday

Nice To Haves

• Pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
