About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to handle case management and keep cases moving. Our PI practice is growing. We need someone who is proactive, organized, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of a caseload from intake through resolution.

Requirements

• Personal Injury paralegal or case-management experience
• Understanding of California PI claims and litigation
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency
• Confident client communication
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of assigned PI cases
• Drive cases forward without waiting for instructions
• Track treatment, records, bills, liens, insurance, and deadlines
• Maintain consistent client communication
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, lienholders, and opposing counsel
• Identify stalled cases, missing information, and problems early
• Assist attorneys with discovery, litigation, depositions, and trial preparation
• Keep case files and case-management systems accurate and current
