About The Position

We are looking for a paralegal to join our high-volume litigation team. At our firm, paralegals play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people and are deeply appreciated. This is an opportunity to shine, as part of a collaborative team. The day-to-day involves working closely with 2-3 litigation attorneys, helping build litigation cases by gathering evidence, reviewing records, communicating with clients, liaising with experts, scheduling mediations, and preparing for and attending trials. The role requires critical thinking and investigation to uncover the truth. It is described as exciting, fast-paced, and a good fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on cases and clients’ lives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs preferred
• Must reside within NC within reasonable driving distance to Durham or Raleigh office
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays
